Cosmetic Tattoos: Yay or Nay?

Apparently the phrase “BEauty is only skin deep” has BEen taken to another level.

Permanant cosmetics, or cosmetic tattoos, are something that more people are starting to look into for many different reasons. This BEgan in the 1980s and just like a regular tattoo, a needle is used to pigment the dermal layer of skin. 

The original purpose was for people who experienced hair loss as well as cancer survivors. Now, people who do not want to spend lots of time in the mirror in the morning are getting this done. Also, these tattoos do not last forever, and can leave scars.

Are there any opinions on this procedure? Would you ever get it done or do you know anyone who has?
