2014 VMA’s Red Carpet Recap

This years MTV Video Music Awards will forever BE one to rememBEr. It seems that 2014 has BEen the year that everyone has tried to make a name for themselves in fashion. Of course there are always some hits….. And a whole lot a misses but the effort is set. This year the red carpet was graced with faces such as Victoria Justice, Rita Ora, and Amber Rose amongst many other females. I had to cut it short right there to talk about Ms. Khalifa. Now I want everyone to have a flashback moment when Rihanna dressed accordingly to resemble Ms. Josephine Baker. Amber Rose seems like she was trying to pull a Rihanna but did a complete miss. She showed up to the VMA’s BEaring all while wearing a dress made of chains. I think she may have listened to Tamala Mann’s Break every chain one too many times. Now for the Must see looks of the night. J-Lo and Mile Cyrus definitely arrived fashion forward as always but Ms. Arianna Grande came letting everyone know that she is shedding her good girl’s image. Grande showed up in a strapless, tight Moschino mini and thigh-high boots. She definitely showed out but still didn’t compare to Ms. Kylie Jenner who wore a slinky black gown with a thigh-high slit. Yes the females showed out but the men came just as hard. Starting with my favorite Usher Raymond; He showed up wearing a classic white button up, black denim zip across jeans and a pair of white all white space shoes. BEhind him are the all white crew or Austin Mahone and Jason Derulo who both wore their own pair of space shoes. Now on the plus side for Chris Brown his jacket was very nice. On the down side he looked like Dennis Rodman’s step sister’s illegitimate children from Sisco. But all jokes aside the fashion was definitely majority a hit tonight.
