To kick off the new year, Celebrity Chef Rob Gayle invited a handful of Atlanta’s media pros to sit down and dine with him at his esteemed Chef Rob’s CaribBEan Cafe, which sits quaintly on ATL’s infamous Roswell Road.
Chef Rob’s resume is something serious from working in New York at Justin’s all the way to BEing handpicked in 1998 by Diddy himself to venture down to Atlanta to jump start the Justin’s chain down south. While Chef Rob has found a home in Georgia, his Brooklyn origins are still present in everything he does.
BEing able to sit down with the lead chef & CEO of the restaurant doesn’t come easy. His time is usually stretch preparing for each and every day ensuring that he can please a multitude of guests. Even through his busy day, he took the time to sit down with us and explain dish by dish and to give us a feel for his inspiration BEhind his restaurant and upcoming lounge (which will adorn the restaurant next door and host upscale chic events and some of ATL’s most swank foodies and patrons).
