The 8 day fashion extravaganda known as New York Fashion Week BEgan on February 9th. One of the most notable shows that took place that day was Tadashi Shoji’s.
The designer is most infamous for his jewel-toned evening wear that comes in all sizes and colors, but this show had a more vintage look that pays homage to Shanghai as well as more neutral hues for Fall 2012. Many of the looks used fabrics like lace, chiffon and velvet.
