#BEScene: Anganik’s Cuisine – The Palate Pleaser


Anganik’s Cuisine is a catering and private chef service operating out of Atlanta, Ga. This company, founded by Tijuana Anganik who specializes in creating a memorable personalized experience with menus that cater to every occasion. Anganik’s BElieves that no job is too big or too small, each event is just as important to her as it is to the clients. “I create food that feeds the soul. I do both savory and sweet,” says Anganik. Her love for making romantic dinners led her to the choice of BEcoming a personal chef.  Tijuana Anganik, known as Chef Tee, is a young female chef born and raised on the south side of Chicago. Chef Tee BEgan cooking at age nine, learning how to make biscuits with her grandmother. “I have always had a love for food,” says Chef Tee. “It makes me happy and I found that it makes others happy as well” She has always cooked but decided to take her passion to another level and has BEen cooking professionally for over five years after graduating from Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts College with honors . She quickly BEcame received her nickname “The Palate Pleaser”  by friends and each client she treated to her culinary experience; and that is exactly what she does. Whether she’s cooking for her family or for her clientele, she aims to leave people wanting more. Her cooking can range from healthy dishes, to soul food, to kids cuisine. She draws inspiration from her children and enjoys experimenting in the kitchen. Her goal is for her food to reach the world. “I like to please people’s palates,” says Chef Tee. “I hope everyone can taste my food.” Her motivational force is not only making sure the world has great food, but ensuring a positive and bright future for her 4 children. She actually feels her youngest will follow in her footsteps seeing as though she has already BEgan to create her own recipes at the age of  4.

During our tasting, we had the pleasure of Chipotle Chicken quiche topped with a onion jam and a balsamic reduction as our appetizer. The entree consisted of Parmesan crusted catfish with a purple potato Au gratin and grilled asparagus with an orange cream sauce dessert and to top it off , dessert ended with  pound cake with a BErry compote with a white chocolate sauce.

Not only was the food amazing, but her warm and welcoming energy made it feel like you were in the kitchen with family. She prides herself in continuing to test the limits with food combinations. She is constantly in the kitchen researching and perfecting recipes that will drive your senses into a food frenzy. You are certainly in for a treat when you work with Anganik’s Cuisine. Anganik’s is currently underway planning her official Launch party that will not only welcome her into the culinary world as a power player, but expose people to her hearty style of cooking.
