This month’s BEhind the Kitchen Door, featuring Celebrity Chef Sammy Davis, was hosted by Ray Hamilton of Golden Auto Brokers and Golden Professional Realty Group at The Studio Kitchen in Buckhead, Ga. This cooking class gave 150 students a chance to learn advanced cooking tips & recipes while enjoying cocktails, networking, and most importantly, great food!! Students participated in the preparation of several appetizers and a specialty dish of Shrimp and Grits. They also learned that even experienced cooks could BE introduced to new techniques and shortcuts to make cooking a more interesting experience. As always Chef Davis was knowledgeable, fun, and extremely personable.
Chef Davis prepared a well thought out menu of:

• Kobe Beef Meatball with Orange Soy Saki Sauce
• Honey and Basil Coated Lamb
• Shrimp and Grits with Jumbo Lump Crab
