Last week, Bravo’s BEloved fashion queen BEvy Smith took to Clark Atlanta University to kick off Harlem Fashion Row & McDonald’s 2015 Lovin’ Student Fashion Design Competition with a conversation with the students & press. In true BEvy spirit, she kept it fashionably 100 as she dished on all things fashion from emerging black designers, to appreciation for designers overseas, and everything in BEtween.
Bravo’s “Fashion Queens” host BEvy Smith told Clark Atlanta University fashion students to “let your past successes fuel your future,” as a part of a Harlem’s Fashion Row-U (HFR-U) initiative presented by McDonald’s. McDonald’s partnered with HFR to launch the 2015 Lovin’ Student Fashion Design Competition, open exclusively to HBCU students. Students can visit harlemsfashionrow.com for more details.
