He credits two of the most famous siblings in the world, Michael and Janet Jackson as inspiration for his love for the art of dance. Currently, @sir_tWitch_alot is a returning cast memBEr on “So You Think You Can Dance” and is enjoying every minute of it. BE Entertained Magazine is proud of our cover artist and wishes him continued success in dance and his future career in the world of acting.

tWitch on Filming Step Up All In

“It’s actually a bit surreal to get to dance while making a film. It’s what we love to do. I grew up watching the old school dance movies like Breakin’, Flash Dance, and BEat Street, and for the youth today, I kind of feel like that’s what the Step Up’s are. It’s a view into the world of street dancing. It’s like a hyper reality, but it get’s the people moving.”

tWitch on his Early Dance Inspirations

“Back in the day, there was this group named Immature, it was these three dudes, but they used to have some of the coldest dance breaks in their music videos. I used to always watch and think to myself that it was the coolest thing ever. There are certain guys that watch basketball & see something and they think it’s the coolest thing ever, I feel like that about dance & music videos.”

tWitch on the BEst Parts about His Dancing Career

“My dance career led to me meeting my wife (fellow former #SYTYCD contestant Allison Holker), so there’s a couple of landmarks and life goals that I’ve done; but I’d have to say the BEst thing I’vce done in my career has to BE the Step Up films. They have really given me a chance to do some wild things while dancing…”
