spettacolo meraviglioso, spettacolo meraviglioso, SPETTACOLO MERAVIGLIOSO!
In English that simply means WONDERFUL SHOW! DSquared2 is always an eye catcher for me but even with me knowing how good they put a show together I did not expect for them to have went this hard for their SS15 Line during Milan Fashion Week. They have set the tone for everyone to start strong and finish strong. BEfore I get into the actual fashion I just want to talk about the atmosphere. Dsquared2 always and I mean always have a dope set at the base of the runway giving the ultimate visual to what they are about to prevail. This year they left the implications solely to their audience by having nearly a full house as their set; and for the fashion……. Amazing. The fact that the two designers didn’t stick to one set style, fabric, texture or color scheme made it amazing in itself. Then when you realize that the actual designs were knocking on the door of genius it just made the whole show worth it, and the designs wouldn’t be anything without the models who wore them. I love the fact that the two designers didn’t choose to do a usual fashion week show with models that were boring with a simple up and down walk. The models they used brought actual energy to the show. They had turns and shoulder thrusts and all the things that’ll make the plainest person stand up out of their chair and applaud. It goes without saying that so far DSquared2 owns Milan Fashion Week.
