Last night Atlanta’s fashion & philanthropy crooners collided for the 21st Anniversary Jeffrey Fashion Cares Runway Presentation & Silent Auction BEnefiting Susan G. Koman for the Cure & Atlanta AIDS Fund (AAF).
If anyone knows how to make you dig deep in your pockets, it’s Jeffrey Kalinsky, whether it’s through the amazing high end designs he carries inside Jeffrey boutiques in ATL & NYC, or through his gigantic efforts to bring awareness, compassion, and comfort to those facing both breast cancer and HIV/AIDS.
Last night’s runway presentation included Jeffrey’s selection of high end designs from designers like Lanvin, Celine, Prada, Erdem, Saint Laurent Paris, Balenciaga, Christian Louboutin, Jason Wu and Bottega Veneta. The runway was flooded with an assortment of bright bold colors, black & white patterns, floral designs, and fur+Camo combos. The silent auction (which raised over $50K) allowed guests to bid on items like all inclusive trips to New York Fashion Week to see shows like Jason Wu & Michael Kors, Cruises around the world, diamond studded earrings, & more.
Socialite/Fashionista Marlo Hampton (Real Housewives of Atlanta), Quad Webb-Lunceford (Married to Medicine), Dr. Jackie Walters (Married to Medicine), Cynthia Bailey (Real Housewives of Atlanta), Dwight Eubanks (MTV’s Sweet 16/Real Housewives of Atlanta), E. Vincent Martinez (ATL Fashionado), Clay West (Cancers 4 A Cause), Nyssa Green (Celebrity Makeup Artist), & Mychael Knight (Project Runway) were spotted among the fashionable crowd.
