Pretty Ricky – Still Sittin' Pretty

Pretty Ricky, the seductive, grimey, sexually-charged R&B/hiphop group from Miami-Dade county consists of 4 members: Diamond “baby blue” Smith, Spectacular Smith, Corey “Slick Em” Mathis, and the newest member “Lingerie”. The group wuz formed in 1997, and hit the mainstream scene in 2004 with a BEDROOM MIX that doesn’t even compare to the B-boy bands of today or yesterday.

Pretty Ricky’s music is definitely notorious for making love, making baby‘s, and making you feel all sexy inside. They definitely aim to please their fans aka their SUPERSTARS!!

In 2005, The group was signed to Atlantic Records after “Grind On Me” became a local hit on the air-waves and the clubs. Their debut album, Bluestars, wuz released the same year. Their 2nd album Late Night Special wuz released 2 years later which featured the hit “Hotline”. The single climbed to the top on BET’s 106 & Park, with a vengance. Pretty Ricky wuz back on da scene, ready to give the “superstars” what they’ve been longing for. It is now 2009 and the group currently operates under Bluestar Entertainment, an independent label owned by Diamond Blue. According to the group, it feels good to be away from the riff-raff of other labels because there’s nothing like having your own.

When Pleasure P left the group to pursue a solo career, they had to replace him with a serious melody. And 4 Play, the groups replacement didn’t last long either because he just didn’t fit into Pretty Ricky. Now, they have the Pittsburgh native “Lingerie” tearing up the tracks with his 5 octave, 8-range harmony that’s sure to make their 4th album – the self-titled PRETTY RICKY – a hit. The album features tracks like “Tipsy In Dis Club” and “Say A Command”. If you’re curious to know what kinda hot tracks they spit, u can pick up their album in stores NOW!!
