Watch The Throne, could Jay-Z and Kanye sell 1 million in a week?

The promotion has been stellar. The tour dates are set. So can rap juggernauts Jay-Z and Kanye West sell 1 million records in a week. They may have the best chance hip hop music has had in a long time. The hip hop duo have christened themselves The Throne and this collective kingdom has enough subjects to push that number over the top. With guest features kept to a minimum but include Beyoncé, Frank Ocean, Mr. Hudson and Curtis Mayfield and Otis Redding, this album is all about the kingdom of hip hop.

It is confirmed their joint release, Watch The Throne, will BE released to iTunes on August 8th and in stores on August 12th. Tour dates have also been announced. Don’t forget the star-studded listening party. And if that doesn’t tease your appetite, check out the video above. And listen to their first single, “Otis” as well as view the track-listing and tour dates BElow.

To complete your pre-sale order and to visit their official site, check out and don’t miss them LIVE. I will go on record saying nobody gives a live show like Kanye West.

  1. Good to know. That helped me a lot. I would like to share with you a great service to fill a form online. I’ve forgotten the last time I filled out a form on paper. I mostly use PDFfiller to edit. You can easily fill MA Form 501 here
